{"id":3829,"date":"2024-12-31T10:34:32","date_gmt":"2024-12-31T10:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/healingwithjules.com\/home\/?page_id=3829"},"modified":"2026-01-02T10:29:19","modified_gmt":"2026-01-02T10:29:19","slug":"policies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/healingwithjules.com\/home\/policies\/","title":{"rendered":"Policies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sessions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-a872ff53-ebdc-4ed3-93ef-e94c11670eae\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Shows and Late Cancellations will be charged 100% of the session time booked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No-Shows and Late Cancellations have an impact on both the practitioner and the clients who are turned away for lack of availability, thus the strict policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you cancel your appointment and have already prepaid we will extend you a credit for a future appointment in lieu of a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reiki Classes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-a872ff53-ebdc-4ed3-93ef-e94c11670eae\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No Shows are non-refundable and non-transferable to a new class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposits and Full Tuition payments for Reiki classes are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class within 1 year of original class date if cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations 3-7 Days Before Class are subject to a $50 Class Transfer Fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 72 hours notice for in person Reiki Class attendee cancellations will be subject to a $175 class transfer fee for level I\/II and $325 for Master (full deposit).
